North County Lifeline benefits from the outstanding leadership provided by our volunteer Board of Directors. The Board ensures Lifeline's accountability to its mission and to the people of the communities we serve. Members are responsible for guiding agency policy, organizing fundraising efforts, participating in strategic planning with the agency's Management Team, ensuring financial solvency, and representing our organization to the community. Through their diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures and skills, they contribute invaluable insight and expertise to our agency's operations. Many of our Board members have more than 10 years of tenure on the Board of Directors. Their tremendous dedication and philanthropic spirit has resulted in over 100 years of governance for our organization.
