Checklist for New and Incoming Volunteers

• Submit your completed Application
• Interview with Volunteer Coordinator
• Read through your Volunteer Packet (Distributed during Interview)
• Complete required clearances
• HIPAA training (Included in your Volunteer Packet) 

• Orientation/training with supervisor
• Start Activity Log
       

• Agency Orientation (optional, but recommended)

**Volunteers are required to turn in a monthly record of their hours to the Volunteer Coordinator at the end of each month**
