GOT A PROBLEM? CAN'T SEEM TO WORK IT OUT?
Sometimes we can work it out on the phone. You don't even have to leave your home. This is called conciliation. The service is free.
Sometimes you need to meet with a neutral third party. This is called mediation. Trained mediators will sit down with you and the other party for a problem solving session. This service is also free.

Walk-in services are available at our satellite office in the North County Regional Center of the San Diego Superior Court at 325 South Melrose Drive in Vista, CA or you can call (760) 940-6676 for information or assistance.
DO YOU NEED A LEGAL CONSULTATION?
The Legal Advice Clinic for low-income clients takes place once a month from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Lifeline's Vista office. The cost is $20.00.
During a 20-minute consultation, volunteer attorneys inform clients of their legal options.
All of Lifeline's attorneys are presently in private practice and volunteer their time for consultation at Lifeline's Vista facility.

The Legal Advice Clinic does not provide court representation, completion of documents, or consultation on criminal matters or immigration. Intake specialists may refer clients to other services/agencies as appropriate.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE A MEDIATOR?
We also offer Mediation Skills Training.
The 40-hour certification training satisfies requirements of the State of California Dispute Resolution Program Act. Continuing Education Credits (CEU's) are offered for attorneys and mental health professionals completing the Mediation Training.
Conflict Resolution Training is also available to elementary, middle, and high schools in the North San Diego County area offering staff and/or students the opportunity to learn new skills.
