John LaidlawDirector of Clinical Services-
John Laidlaw has a passion for sustainable community based services that are family driven, persistent, and strength based. John is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.
John brings 20 years of experience working with non-profits within a variety of modalities. He has extensive experience with design, implementation and expansion of high quality services. John enjoys collaborating and contracting with system partners of all types within the healthcare/non-profit sector.
As Director of Clinical Services for North County Lifeline, John leads the Behavioral Health, Substance Abuse, Child Abuse and Domestic Violence Prevention & Intervention, and the Clinical Interns programs.
John is an expert in healthcare policy, regulation, and reform. He serves on multiple healthcare forecasting and system delivery committees in San Diego. John has been awarded for his work with the juvenile mental health court, Juvenile Forensic Assistance for Stabilization and Treatment Program (JFAST).
