Shannon StubblefieldChief Philanthropy Officer-
Shannon Stubblefield is committed to working alongside others with shared values to change lives and give back. She earned a Masters of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego to complement a Business Management degree from San Diego State University.
Shannon joined the North County Lifeline team in 2012 and has built a Community Engagement team focused on philanthropy and volunteerism. The team’s goal is to match community members with the causes that drive them in order to strengthen families on their path to self-reliance. Shannon has previously raised private dollars through national and local partnerships in positions with the Greater Chicago Food Depository, The Robert R. McCormick Foundation, and 2-1-1 San Diego.
As an active member of the community, Shannon is the current Board President for North County Philanthropy Council. She has taught fundraising as an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego and currently teaches at North Park University.
