Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conducts Behavioral Health Assessment and implements treatment plans.
- Provides individual, family and group counseling, as well as crisis management.
- Provides case coordination with other professionals including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, psychologists, IEP coordinators, schools, social workers, etc
- Provides onboarding training to new staff on clinical documentation and administrative processes.
- Reviews clinical charts and provides coaching and feedback to both masters-level and bachelors-level staff.
- Attends Quality Improvement meetings and leads the team in implementing new documentation standards.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Masters Degree in counseling, social work or related field, and BBS-registered AMFT, LMFT, ACSW, LCSW, APCC or LPCC.
Compensation and Benefits
Experience with CCBH (Cerner) EHR preferred, but will consider candidate with experience in other EHRs.
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required. Bilingual pay available.

Reliable transportation. Must have a California driver license and good driving record. Willing to use own, properly insured, reliable vehicle for the job (mileage reimbursed). Employment subject to clearances, including background finger printing checks, driving record, tuberculosis testing, and drug testing
