Program Manager- Enhanced Care
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the Enhanced Care Management Team and Community Support team. Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, the Program Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of Lifeline’s Enhanced Care programs. This position is responsible for program supervision of program all service staff and the administrative coordinator. The Program Manager oversees, coordinates, develops, and evaluates the program’s overall effectiveness to ensure its consistency with the agency’s purpose, approach, policies and procedures, compliance with funding requirements, contractual requirements and overall adherence of the contracts
- Assures that the program consistently provides high quality, trauma informed, professional services. Assures timely, accurate and appropriate documentation.
- Provides administrative daily/weekly supervision to program staff.
- Assists with the recruitment, hiring, training and scheduling of program staff.
- Monitors staff productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching.
- Prepares and conducts staff performance reviews annually or as needed and ensures adherence to agency policies and procedures including disciplinary protocols if the need arises.
- Engages in component and program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Responsible for the onboarding of new staff, training and compliance of HIPPA laws
- Provides (as needed) direct services, presentations and counseling/assessment/case management services to program clients.
- Conducts weekly review/audits of Managed Care Plans’ referred/enrolled members.
- Oversees the responsibilities of the administrative coordinator.
- Under the direction of the Associate Director, coordinates or provides substance abuse and mental health services training, and other related staff development activities.
- Participates in and facilitates agency and component meetings.
- Stays informed of and disseminates to staff information related to the Enhanced Care Management Field.
- Resolves programmatic issues as identified by staff.
- Attend required meetings and training as appropriate.
- Participates in other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements
Reliable transportation. Must have a California driver license and good driving record. Willing to use own, properly insured, reliable vehicle for the job (mileage reimbursed). Employment subject to clearances, including background finger printing checks, driving record, tuberculosis testing, and drug testing.

Exempt, Full-time, 40 hours a week- Monday – Friday- Flexible hours (may include evenings and weekends)
